Dayyabu Madaki was charged with coercively engaging in sexual activity with a 9-year-old child in the Jahun Local Government’s Doro hamlet after luring her to his home.

According to him, rape is a crime that carries a life sentence if convicted.
Justice Sambo, who gave the ruling, stated that the prosecution’s evidence was proven beyond a reasonable doubt, leading to the accused’s conviction and life in prison.
