Controversial Andy Dick, an American actor, was detained once more after being discovered stealing power tools from a garage.

According to TMZ, the Santa Barbara Police Department confirmed that Andy was detained on October 13 in response to a report of a burglary that was taking place at a residence.

 

Police said that Andy stole many power tools from a house that was being built and that they caught him in the act of fleeing the scene. Police were informed by the homeowner that they do not know Andy and that he was not authorized to be in the property.

 

One week later, Andy, who has been charged with first-degree domestic burglary, has maintained his innocence. He is currently in the Santa Barbara County Jail awaiting a bonding out party. A $50,000 bond was imposed for him.

The actor has been detained twice in the last six months. Andy was detained in May on charges of sexual battery, and the detention was broadcast live.
