Obasanjo in the interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo said President Bola Tinubu should also know that such claim is nonsense and that shouldn’t make him allegedly own Alphabeta firm.

On being vindictive against former Governor of Delta state, James Ibori, Obasanjo said he (Ibori) was investigated and found to have allegedly misappropriated over $200 million dollars. The former President said Ibori who found out that he was being investigated, allegedly offered the then Chairman of EFCC, Nuhu Ridabu, $15 million.

Obasanjo who noted that the case was pursued up to the United Kingdom where Ibori served jail term, added that if that’s being vindictive, then Nigeria needs more of that.

On Peter Obi, Obasanjo said he supported him and still believes he’s the man that can bring the Nigeria we want at this time.
