On Thursday, Yohanna revealed this while taking questions for the Channels Tv Sunrise Daily program.

Remember how sponsored thugs attacked members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during a rally last week in Kaduna State? That was according to the Daily Post.

Atiku Abubakar, the PDP presidential candidate, denounced the attack, called it undemocratic, and said it violated the peace agreement that all political parties just signed. He also urged all parties to summon their followers and members to order and guarantee that elections are free and fair.

The PDP, according to Yohanna, a former assistant organizing secretary for the APC in Kaduna, failed to uphold its end of the bargain with hired masses, which resulted in the disruption of the demonstration on October 17.

“Every political party employs crowds in some capacity. The degree of employment varies depending on the political party, sometimes by 25%, sometimes by 10%, and sometimes by 99%.

“When they (the hired crowds) realized it was the PDP’s typical method of deceit, they realized the money was not going to materialize. The next thing they did was to take out their frustration on innocent Nigerians who had traveled there to pay an appearance fee because, in our opinion in the APC, the PDP is no match for us. The majority of the crowd, or 99%, paid an appearance fee to be there that day. I’m not sure if the fee was paid after the day, the man said.
