The outcome of the 2023 general election, according to Pastor Adeboye, has not been revealed by God.

During the Holy Ghost Service held by the RCCG in 2022, Adeboye said: “God must be merciful to us. We shall have to cling to Him and beg for assistance. Do you know that my father has yet to inform me that there will be elections in 2016 despite the fact that it is November.

“Of course, we keep acting as if there would be; Adeboye, when I say that, I’m not referring to other people; God hasn’t told me yet. I don’t know if He will tell me tomorrow, but as I sit here in front of you, He hasn’t said whether or not there will be elections in the coming year.

Of course, as per usual, I will pray for anyone who approaches me and asks me to do so. Though God must respond, that is my responsibility.

“I’m not trying to scare you; I’m not saying I know something that you don’t; I’m just a pastor; but I’m your pastor. I’m not a prophet. We must pray. So please come prepared to pray when I see you all on Friday, December 2.
