The 16-year-old is one of the students kidnapped from Birnin Yauri’s Federal Government College (FGC).

The young mother is one of 11 female students who have yet to be released.

 

Armed bandits stormed the boarding school on June 17, 2021, kidnapping 100 students and eight teachers. A police officer was killed.

PRNigeria was informed that a feast was held to commemorate the new baby’s birth.

According to a local source, two other students in captivity also gave birth to a baby girl and a baby boy.

 

“Right now, there are about four other female students who are pregnant.” “One of them is due to give birth any minute,” he said.

 

One of the parents petitioned the National Security Adviser, Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno (rtd), and the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Leo Irabor, to ensure the release of their children.

“In the name of God Almighty, we request that the special committee formed by take charge, just as the government did with Kaduna train passengers.”
