Ademola Adegoroye, the Minister of State for Transportation, provided the clarification while speaking in Abuja at the Amalgamated Commercial Tricycle & Motorcycle Owners, Repairs & Riders Association of Nigeria’s Annual Strategic Stakeholders Summit. This came after Abubakar Malami, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, stated that “banning the use of motorcycles and mining activities will cut the supply of logistics to the terrorists. The interest of the country will be served by this.

Adegoroye declared

I’ve been a member of the Federal Executive Council, the top decision-making body in this nation today, by the grace of God, and I’ve been there since July. This year, I was appointed in June, I joined, and on July 6th, I went to my first FEC.

Let me reassure you and ACOMORAN that Okada has not been banned.
