In Abuja, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has detained two individuals accused of forging money.

The suspects have been named as Johnson Olumoyegun and Tanko Abubakar, according to a statement released by the EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, on Friday, October 21, 2022.
He claimed that on October 6 and 7, 2022, in Kubwa and Area 3 Axis of Abuja, the suspects were apprehended with phony $270,000. (Two Hundred and Seventy Thousand United States Dollars).
Additionally, Olumoyegun impersonated a Commission officer by utilizing a fictitious Solomon David-named EFCC ID card. Additionally, he had an ECOWAS passport bearing the name Isa Bello.
